⚙️ What you'll be working on

The Hickman operation combines CNC machining with broader fabrication and equipment manufacturing.

Machinists may work across CNC milling and turning operations, including Mazak vertical and horizontal machining centers. The work includes machine setup, tooling and fixture selection, blueprint interpretation, feeds and speeds, offsets, program edits, and in-process inspection.

You'll work alongside fabrication and production team members to troubleshoot problems, improve machining processes, and keep components moving through production.
