Machinists at Randolph & Baldwin fabricate, modify and assemble tooling and components to precise specifications for defense and ocean systems work. Day to day that includes reading blueprints and tool design documentation, running CNC and manual machines, inspecting parts, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, and designing fixtures that improve repeatability.
