With a massive 150,000-square-foot facility and hundreds of skilled machinists and engineers, MSI delivers full-spectrum manufacturing — from prototyping and tooling to precision 5-axis machining, grinding, EDM, HVOF coating, assembly, and metal finishing. Their in-house capabilities ensure tighter quality control, faster lead times, and end-to-end precision.

Core Capabilities

• Prototyping & Tooling: In-house design and fixture development for complex workholding.
• 3-, 4-, & 5-Axis CNC Milling: Advanced Matsuura, Yasda, and Mitsui Seiki equipment for high-precision parts.
• Mill/Turn & Swiss Turning: State-of-the-art Mori Seiki and Star machines for complex geometries.
• Grinding & EDM: Temperature-controlled grinding rooms and high-accuracy EDM capabilities for intricate contours.

Training & Growth

MSI believes in continuous improvement — for both machines and people. Every employee is encouraged to complete 40 hours of paid training annually, supported by dedicated mentors and a structured new-hire orientation program.
