đ About Laciny Bros.
Laciny Bros., Inc. is a fourth-generation, family-owned custom fabrication and machining company based in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded by three brothers in 1916, the company has spent more than 110 years combining skilled craftsmanship with evolving manufacturing technology.
What began as a small fabrication business has grown into a full-service manufacturing operation with capabilities spanning CNC machining, custom metal fabrication, engineering, automation, custom machine building, waterjet cutting, and field service. Laciny Bros. has built equipment and components for demanding applications across the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, bioresearch, and industrial markets.
The machine shop specializes in complex one-off parts and small- to medium-volume runs. Machinists work with CNC and conventional equipment to produce new components, reverse-engineer worn parts, and support larger custom machinery and fabrication projects.
This is not a repetitive production environment. The work regularly changes, giving experienced machinists the opportunity to interpret prints, develop programs, plan setups, create fixtures, and take ownership of parts from start to finish.
Laciny Bros. remains committed to the craftsmanship, creativity, and personal accountability that have sustained the business for four generations. For machinists who enjoy challenging work and want their experience to matter, it offers the variety of a true custom job shop backed by more than a century of stability.
đ Why youâll like working here
At Laciny Bros., experienced machinists arenât limited to loading parts and pressing cycle start. Youâll have the opportunity to program, set up, machine, and inspect complex parts while solving new manufacturing challenges on a regular basis.
The companyâs broad capabilities also create exposure to much more than standalone machined components. Your work may support custom machinery, automated systems, sanitary processing equipment, replacement parts, and other highly engineered projects.
As a fourth-generation family-owned company, Laciny Bros. offers the stability of a business that has operated since 1916 while continuing to invest in modern CNC equipment and programming technology. Machinists can expect autonomy, varied work, and the opportunity to contribute their knowledge throughout the complete manufacturing process.
