Both of the current openings run a Monday-through-Thursday schedule, which means a three-day weekend every week while still working full-time hours. Experienced machinists are trusted to take a job from print review through setup, machining, and inspection on their own, so there's real ownership in the work rather than just running someone else's program.

⚙️ What you'll be working on

Complex, tight-tolerance components for aerospace and defense, medical, robotics, and semiconductor customers, ranging from single prototype parts to high-volume production runs. Work includes setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, programming in Mastercam and GibbsCAM, running Fanuc, Haas, Heidenhain, and Mitsubishi controls, and performing in-process and final inspection with precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges.
