• Overseeing engineering, programming, production and quality from quotation through delivery
• Maintaining AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR compliance across every program
• Leading customer relationships, quoting decisions and program launches alongside the commercial team
• Building out the site's leadership bench and technical depth for future growth
