• 60+ Swiss machines (Citizen, Star) with automatic bar loaders
• Up to 10 axes of motion, machining parts up to 1.25” diameter × 9.0’ length
• Complex features: broaching, slotting, internal/external threading
• Tolerances to ±.0001”
• Certified: ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ITAR/JCP

🔹 CNC Milling

• Advanced 3-axis and 5-axis milling (Okuma GENOS M560-V, Bridgeport, Kira)
• 3-axis capacity up to 40” × 20” × 18”, 5-axis up to 5” × 5”
• Materials: Titanium, Super Alloys, Aluminum, Stainless, Plastics
• CAM programming with FeatureCAM (AutoDesk)
• Class 8 cleanroom and full traceability systems

🔹 CNC Mill-Turn Machining

• Multi-axis lathes with live tooling, bar feeds, and secondary spindles
• Equipment: Eurotech, Miyano, and Mazak HQR models
• Capacity up to 4.0” diameter, tolerances to ±.0001”
