The Work You’ll Be Doing

Machinists at Bronco Manufacturing work on:

  • Part Types: Precision machined components, assemblies, and kits for medical and defense applications
  • Production Style: High-mix with repeat production programs
  • Typical Tolerances: Tight tolerance work, often ±0.001 and tighter depending on application
  • Programming & Setup: Setup machinists and programmer-run environment with CAM exposure
  • Materials Machined:
    • Aluminum (6061, 7075)
    • Stainless Steel (300 & 400 series)
    • Brass, Bronze, Copper
    • Aerospace alloys and engineered plastics

This is hands-on machining — not button-pushing — with accountability from setup through inspection.
