About us

Company Overview
Blue Chip Tool Co. is a family-owned CNC machine shop located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded over 40 years ago and now operated by second-generation owners, Blue Chip specializes in precision CNC milling and turning services for both prototypes and production runs. With a reputation built on craftsmanship, quality, and reliability, Blue Chip serves a diverse range of industries while maintaining the personal touch of a small, tight-knit team.

The shop operates with just 8 employees — including ownership — which means every machinist plays a critical role in delivering precision parts on time and to spec. Unlike larger shops where you might feel like just another number, at Blue Chip Tool Co. your skills are valued, your input matters, and your contributions directly impact the company’s success.
