At Aries, we manufacture high-precision plastic and metal components used in:

• Electronic connectors
• Test and burn-in sockets

• 🧰 Manual Machining Capabilities: We also maintain a robust set of manual equipment including a Hartford mill, Yuasa grinder, South Bend lathe, DoAll band saw, and Clausing drill press.
• 👥 Small Team, Big Impact: Our shop typically employs 2–4 machinists, allowing for greater autonomy, faster decision-making, and more hands-on programming.
• 🖥️ Programming with FeatureCAM: Machinists here don’t just push buttons — they program, set up, and operate, using FeatureCAM and manual G-code edits.
• 🕒 First Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime opportunities.
• 💰 Strong Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay ($28–$35/hr), plus Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Vacation, Paid Holidays, and FMLA.

🧑‍🔧 Who We Hire

We're always looking for experienced CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers who are:

• Skilled in vertical milling and CAM programming
• Detail-oriented and confident working on tight-tolerance features
• Capable of machining engineering-grade plastics, aluminum, copper, and stainless
• Local to the Bristol, PA area and eligible to work in the U.S.
