🏭 About Allstar Magnetics

Founded in 1989, Allstar Magnetics provides custom magnetic components, assemblies, and manufacturing solutions from its headquarters in Vancouver, Washington.

The company supports customers across aerospace, space, medical, oil and gas, industrial, and audio markets. Its products and capabilities include permanent magnets, magnetic cores, custom-wound magnetic assemblies, precision machining, grinding, prototyping, assembly, inventory management, and production support.

Allstar works with customers throughout the product lifecycle—from early engineering and prototype development through full-scale manufacturing and ongoing supply-chain support. That creates a varied production environment where machinists may contribute to new projects, custom components, and established production work rather than running the same part every day.

The company has maintained AS9100 and AS9120 certifications since 2017, reflecting its commitment to quality, traceability, and dependable manufacturing processes. In 2022, Allstar moved into a modern Vancouver facility designed to support its continued growth and expanding technical capabilities.

Allstar’s culture emphasizes curiosity, collaboration, respect, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. For experienced machinists, this is an opportunity to join an established manufacturer working on specialized components for demanding applications where precision and quality matter.
