Air Squared machinists produce the precision components that go into the company's oil-free scroll compressors, vacuum pumps, and expanders — products engineered for medical OEMs, aerospace and space programs, electric and autonomous vehicles, and fuel cell and clean-energy systems. Day-to-day work includes loading and unloading parts on pre-programmed CNC mills, loading and inspecting parts on a CMM inspection machine, setting work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines, hand-tool finishing and deburring, and helping keep the shop supplied and parts moving through shipping and receiving.
