Auradonics, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Tool Maker to support the maintenance and fabrication of molds, punch dies, and auxiliary production tooling. This is a hands-on role involving both CNC and manual machining, with responsibility for coordinating outside processes and improving existing tool designs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Program, set up, and run CNC machines (Haas Mini Mill)</li><li>Operate manual equipment: lathe, 6x18 surface grinder</li><li>Repair and build molds, dies, and production tools</li><li>Perform minor weld repairs on molds (a plus)</li><li>Coordinate external services (EDM, jig grinding, etc.)</li><li>Purchase tools, supplies, and manage outsourced work</li><li>Use Fusion 360 for programming and design (required)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Tool Maker or Machinist</li><li>CNC programming and manual machining experience required</li><li>Familiarity with mold-making and injection molding basics</li><li>Experience with Fusion 360 (or ability to switch from another CAD/CAM system)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently</li></ul>Why Join Auradonics? ✔️ Long-established manufacturer in a specialized industry ✔️ High-impact role with variety and ownership ✔️ Clean, organized shop environment ✔️ Competitive pay and supportive team
