Job Summary: The Sr. CNC Tool Maker is a vital role within our manufacturing operations, combining the precision and craftsmanship of tool making with the technical expertise of CNC programming and process development. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role involves designing, fabricating, assembling, and repairing a diverse range of tools, dies, gages, and fixtures, with a particular focus on CNC machining processes. The Sr. CNC Tool Maker will lead efforts in creating new CNC programs, optimizing machining processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in supporting both production and experimental engineering initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
