M-F Dayshift M-F Swing Shift Weekend Graveyard Fri-Sun Weekend Day Fri-Sun Requirements Job Responsibilities: Included, but not limited to: <ul><li>Load and unload parts for machining up to 40 pounds.</li><li>Perform basic equipment maintenance.</li><li>Read and interpret manufacturing prints.</li><li>Possess efficient math skills and advance understanding of geometric tolerance GD&amp;T.</li><li>Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, pins, indicators, bore gauges, optical comparator and height gage.</li><li>CNC setup and operation; tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly. Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls.</li><li>Inspect machined parts following 1st Part and in process inspection protocol.</li><li>Must have CNC 3, 4 &amp; 5 axis machining experience.</li><li>Machining and holding tolerances of +/- .0002"</li><li>Proof out specialist for FAI / MBO.</li><li>Able to change fixtures and manage tool libraries.</li><li>Able to diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machines using judgment and queues including hearing or feeling the material interaction with machine.</li><li>Able to determine correct tooling and approach when troubleshooting.</li><li>Able to approach setup and change over with fundamentals of proofing out programs.</li><li>Able to utilize Renishaw probing and read logic programs.</li><li>5s, keeping area organized and clean.</li></ul>JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS: <ul><li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively.</li><li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.</li><li>Able to multitask and manage multiple task simultaneous.</li><li>Experienced in the set-up and run of 3, 4 &amp; 5-axis CNC machine centers.</li><li>Experienced with multiple metrology tools for measuring and recording part dimensions.</li></ul>PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible / Detail Oriented.</li><li>Dependability and strong work ethic.</li><li>Positive customer focused attitude.</li><li>Enjoys fast pace and rapidly changing environment.</li><li>Honest with good integrity.</li><li>Professional demeanor and respectful to people in all situations.</li><li>Willingness to help others as needs and tasks change often.</li><li>Team player.</li><li>Quality Oriented.</li><li>Possess efficient math skills.</li><li>Trade school and/or at least five-year experience in the manufacturing environment preferred.</li></ul>
