<h2>Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Create &amp; execute CNC programs using CAM software for multiple machines within shop based on information supplied via drawing, and verbal instructions.</li><li>In conjunction with the Project managers and Shop Foreman assist with tooling, jig and fixture design.</li><li>Calibrate tooling as needed for jobs prior to programming the job.</li><li>Perform regular machine maintenance</li><li>Initiate design changes as required.</li><li>Assist in equipment problem resolution and repair.</li><li>Demonstrate leadership in safety initiatives.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Must have prior knowledge of CAM software, G-Code and CNC machine operation.</li><li>Experience reading and understanding blueprints and technical drawings.</li></ul><h2>Skills:</h2><ul><li>Experience in programming using CAM software (Alphacam preferred)</li><li>Strong communication skills, especially between shop foreman and machinists.</li><li>Proven ability to self-manage and quickly identify and troubleshoot problems.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li></ul><h2>Benefits:</h2><ul><li>Medical Insurance and Dental and Vision Insurance, offered after a 90-day waiting period for regular employees</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401K Retirement Plan&nbsp;</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>End of year performance bonus</li></ul>
