POSITION SUMMARYSenior CNC Machinist role. Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machine tools to cut and shape metallic workpieces. Correct identified production problems as necessary.</li><li>Operate various small equipment to complete workpieces.</li><li>Assist and train CNC Machinists in machine set up procedures.</li><li>Use all safety devices/tools to ensure safe operation of CNC machines.</li><li>Inspect all finished product to confirm meets blueprint and/or job order specifications.</li><li>Complete all required paperwork.</li><li>Perform minor machine maintenance as required or directed.</li><li>Ensure work area is kept clean and organized at all times.</li><li>Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.</li><li>Make recommendations to implement improved processes.</li><li>Provide feedback to management concerning possible problem or areas of improvement.</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or technical school diploma or equivalent in relevant work experience preferred.</li><li>5 years related experience and training preferred.</li><li>Proficient in accurate use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.</li><li>Ability to read and work to set tolerances and work from blueprints.</li><li>Ability to set-up and operate CNC Mills.
