Overview At BPI Medical, we are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our dynamic team with 5+ years’ programming experience along with Five (5) to Ten (10) years of precision machining experience.. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role involves precision machining of components and requires a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members, management, quality control, to work on our state-of-the-art equipment.in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Use Mastercam to create CNC programs for mills and lathes.</li><li>Set up, adjust, and operate CNC mills and Lathes along with any other necessary equipment according to setup documentation and or work instruction.</li><li>Verify set ups by measuring positions, checking tool length offsets and or fixturing.</li><li>Solid understanding of G and M codes.</li><li>Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine the need for adjustments or repairs.
