CNC Programmer &amp; Machinist DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review CAD Models and/or blueprints to determine ideal machining strategy, including what tools, speeds, feeds and work holding techniques to be utilized. Generate programs using CAM (Mastercam) software and run simulations to verify the program approach and revise as needed to increase efficiency and quality. Proficiency in both milling and turning (CNC &amp; Manual machines). Will also include measuring, cutting and preparing raw material stock. Machine setup, including tool selection and touch off, probing etc. and loading stock into work holding or fixturing. Multiple unique setups will be required over the course of a day or week.
