Cell Tech Iii - CNC Machining (2nd Shift)

Amentum is seeking an Industrial Maintenance CNC Technician II to join our manufacturing team in Winston Salem, NC! <ul><li>Scheduled workdays and hours may vary based on business demand.</li><li>Typical AWS work schedule is 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.; Rotating 2/2/3 shift hours may vary based on business demand.</li><li>Weekend hours are scheduled to support our 24/7 operation.</li></ul>The Industrial Maintenance Technician will have the opportunity to assist and job shadow senior technicians, improving job skill and industry exposure while performing preventive maintenance on a wide variety of facility and process related equipment, such as industrial electrical systems and lighting, overhead doors, pumps and motors, valves, conveyors, motors, pumps, electrical control systems, automated equipment, and piping, etc. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conducts planned preventive maintenance inspections and perform required preventative maintenance actions (lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc.) as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li><li>Reviews and submits work order updates to planner scheduler.</li><li>Safely performs functions of the position including following proper safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis and lockout/tagout procedures and wearing PPE as required.</li><li>Operates a variety of equipment such as hand tools, laptop computers and diagnostic hardware to perform work.</li><li>Operates a PC with Microsoft Office Suite programs.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.</li><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Two Experience performing mechanical maintenance in an industrial, large commercial, or warehouse environment, or demonstrated equivalent combination education and experience.
