JOB SUMMARYThe primary purpose of this position is to oversee machining operations and guide staff to appropriate workflow, quality and on time completion. Broda Machine Company has recently expanded and is searching for a lead Swiss CNC for a cell of 5 machines. Broda Machine Company is a modern, well equipped, air conditioned/heated facility. The individual operates and manages Swiss computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines to produce machined parts. They are responsible for programming, setting up, and operating these machines with minimal assistance.
