CNC Machinist III - Turning Overview This position's primary responsibility is to set-up and operate a variety of CNC Turning Centers including but not limited to: single and dual spindle, single and dual turret, Swiss type, gang tool, and conversation control machines to produce high quality - close tolerance products in a safe, effective/efficient manner to meet operational requirements. The candidate's expertise will be applied in a proactive manner utilizing best practices when conducting documentation review, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, equipment set-up/operation and component inspection related activities. The incumbent must be an individual who can multi-task and perform various machine shop related activities which are to be conducted in a manner that complies with company requirements (i.e., regulatory, safety, administrative, etc.). This position requires effective interaction with a broad spectrum of people within the organization to successfully support operations and the corporate strategic vision.
