ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Reviews blue print specifications to understand operating sequence of respective machine.</li></ul><ul><li>Loads work pieces into machine as instructions provide and unloads finished parts.</li></ul><ul><li>Measures work pieces for conformance to specifications and documents it as required. Check thread depth and No and Go gauges.</li><li>Clean parts with air hose as needed.</li><li>Performs secondary operations as defined by traveler, using various machines/tools such as files, drill presses and sanders.</li></ul><ul><li>Performs selected repetitive maintenance tasks, and housekeeping tasks as necessary.</li><li>Participates in problem solving activities and contributes to quality improvements amongst leadership and department teammates.</li><li>Actively promotes teamwork atmosphere and supports team development.</li><li>Responsible for cleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company.</li><li>Reports any unsafe conditions and machine malfunction to set up person/Supervisor/Manager.</li><li>Ensures quality of parts before forwarding them to next operation/process.</li><li>Understand and complete all paperwork.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE: <ul><li>High school diploma required, further technical education highly desirable.</li><li>6 months of CNC experience required as a minimum, or formal training from a reputable institution.</li><li>Solid math skills.</li><li>Ability to read measuring tools required.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints a must.</li></ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Continuous mental and visual attention is required. Requires constant alertness or activity. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally required to walk, sit, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 1st & 2nd Shift, CNC Operator

Description Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for set up, utilizing, and operating assigned lathe, mill, and/or balance CNC machines and supporting machine procedures for the prototyping and production of machined parts. This position is on 2nd shift and starts at $21/hour plus a 15% shift differential bringing base pay to $24.14/hour!
