We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join the mill department at our rapidly growing precision aerospace machine shop in Clarksville, IN.Required Technical Skills:- Must have 5+ years of fluent Mastercam 2023 experience - 3 axis VMC with rotary attachment required, 4 axis HMC (tombstone) required, and 5 axis experience qualifies for higher pay- Must have 5+ years of fluent experience with Haas &amp; Fanuc control machines- Must have experience holding tolerances of +/- 0.00025" or less in a production environment- Must be able to practice lean manufacturing, meet deadlines as quoted, and follow shop process- Must be willing to lead a team of setup personnel and operators, and ensure that company goals, policies, and standards are upheld by all.
