CNC Operator Responsibilities <ul><li> Operate several CNC machines, loading bars of material, monitoring operation &amp; taking measurements, while making quality parts, safely as part of a team.</li><li>Maintain quality assurance procedures and processes, performing quality audits</li><li>Maintain equipment and supplies</li><li>Maintain product specifications by observing machining operations, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls, replacing worn tools</li><li>Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and housekeeping</li><li>Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions</li></ul> Job requirements: <ul><li> Minimum of five years in CNC machining</li><li> Familiarity with blue prints</li><li>Basic math skills, including decimals and ability to convert between inches and metric measurements. A Day in Your Life at MKS: As the Machine Shop CNC Mechanic 2, you will help lead our maintenance team in installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. You will also perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment, carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faulty machinery and diagnose the root cause of the malfunction using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities.
