This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on premium custom projects in a collaborative and detail-driven environment.</p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4><p><strong>CNC Operation &amp; Programming</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Project Management and the Production Team to execute jobs accurately and efficiently</li><li>Review project drawings and verify dimensions before running programs</li><li>Follow company drafting templates and standards</li><li>Program and operate CNC machinery <strong>(Rover A 5-Axis) using AutoCAD, B-Solid, and/or other CAM software</strong></li><li>Set up machines for various tasks (Nesting, Pods, 5-Axis operations)</li><li>Write and edit CNC programs independently</li><li>Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot machines and tooling</li><li>Communicate effectively with the office and facilitate tech services when needed</li></ul><p><strong>Shop &amp; Office Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in weekly production and scheduling meetings</li><li>Collaborate closely with both shop and office staff</li><li>Write and respond to emails promptly and professionally</li><li>Assist with IT support for CNC and CAM software systems</li><li>Develop and manage samples, templates, and prototypes</li></ul><h4><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>3+ years</strong> experience in cabinetmaking and drafting</li><li><strong>3+ years</strong> experience operating and programming CNC machinery</li><li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting shop drawings and architectural plans</li><li>Skilled in AutoCAD and/or similar software (iX woodCAD|CAM, EnRoute, Biesse Works, B-Solid)</li><li>Strong English communication skills (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven</li><li>Passionate about craftsmanship and woodworking</li></ul><h4><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></h4><ul><li>Work on high-end, custom millwork projects that showcase your skill and creativity</li><li>Tight-knit, collaborative team environment</li><li>Flexible schedule options</li><li>Long-term stability and growth potential</li></ul>
