CNC Preventive Maintenance Technician

Essential Functions of the Job: <ol><li>Interact with all internal departments regarding cast vs. machining decisions.</li><li>Utilize CAM systems for generation of cutter paths.</li><li>Oversee building and startup until proved capable and production ready, including adherence to all acceptance criteria, and capability of running at quoted production rates.</li><li>Produce detailed documentation of processes.</li><li>Troubleshoot difficult machining problems and assist other setup personnel in solving problems.
