The casing equipment business is our specialty.</p><h3><strong>SUMMARY:</strong></h3><p dir="ltr">The CNC Lathe Machinist is responsible for setting up and running CNC lathe equipment to produce products in a high mix moderate volume environment. Full time 12 hour shifts. Hiring for 3rd Shift and Weekends.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></h3><ul><li dir="ltr">Operate CNC lathes including set‐ups/changeovers, offsets, change inserts, and tooling</li><li dir="ltr">Proficient in the use of standard measuring devices</li><li dir="ltr">Troubleshoot problems that may occur during operation</li><li dir="ltr">Provide in‐process inspection</li><li dir="ltr">Achieve production output and quality per standards</li><li dir="ltr">Demonstrate manufacturing line knowledge and participate in process improvement</li><li dir="ltr">Read and comprehend moderately complex instructions.</li><li dir="ltr">Maintain a safe and clean environment</li><li dir="ltr">Complete tasks as assigned with limited supervision</li></ul><h3><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></h3><ul><li dir="ltr">Minimum 3 years experience as CNC lathe operator in a machine shop or production&nbsp; &nbsp; environment</li><li dir="ltr">Experience turning / threading API products (BTC, LTC); preferably &gt; 9 5/8” OD casing&nbsp; couplings</li><li dir="ltr">Experience with FANUC controls / codes (preferably on YCM, Doosan, or Samsung CNC lathes)</li><li dir="ltr">Experience using Gage maker thread measurement tools&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Experience in a high mix moderate volume operation is a plus</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to use micrometers, calibers, other measurement instruments</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical prints</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously</li></ul><h3><strong>SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:</strong></h3><ul><li dir="ltr">Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond to urgent customer requirements 24/7 as necessary, while maintaining meticulous follow‐up and process execution.</li><li dir="ltr">Desire to use appropriate standards, policies, and procedures.</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to work effectively in both an individual and team environment.</li><li dir="ltr">Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li dir="ltr">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‐solving skills</li></ul><h3><strong>BENEFITS</strong></h3><ul><li dir="ltr">401(k) matching</li><li dir="ltr">Dental insurance</li><li dir="ltr">Health insurance</li><li dir="ltr">Life insurance</li><li dir="ltr">Vision insurance</li><li dir="ltr">Paid Time Off</li><li dir="ltr">Climate controlled facility (AC/Heat)</li><li dir="ltr">Clean Facility</li><li dir="ltr">Good location.
