A Snapshot of Your Day The primary purpose of this position is to set up and operate, program manual and CNC horizontal milling machines and CNC lathes performing detailed operations on a variety of parts and components. Use a range of tools, including milling cutters, boring bars and heads, saws, micrometers, gauges, indicators, and more. Your role will require a proven understanding of shop mathematics and the capacity to interpret complicated drawings, specifications, charts, and tables. You should also have experience with precision measuring instruments and/or specialized occupation training. Applicants will have 3-5 years of practical trades training, which includes familiarity with blueprints, CNC machinery, programming, G &amp; M code, and manual machining. What You Bring<ul><li>Using material handling devices to load/unload parts from machines or assist the crane operator. Job Description This position is a day shift role with a flexible work schedule between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. Both the start and end times can vary. The CNC Machinist operates CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts according to production specifications, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety with minimal supervision. Mastering the art of precision, our CNC Operators take command by programming and loading/unloading computer-controlled lathes, mills, and grinders to craft high-precision metal blades and saws, ensuring every cut is flawless.
