Position: CNC Operator

We’re hiring CNC Operators to join our growing production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in woodworking, plastics, or CNC routing who are looking to build their career in a fast-paced, creative manufacturing environment.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
  Must be flexible for extended hours and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC Routers for woodworking and plastic components.
• Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and precision of finished parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet tight deadlines and deliver custom projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating a CNC Router (wood or plastics preferred).
• Solid background in woodworking, plastics, or general manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow.
