We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Coon Valley team. This position produces components by setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines, meeting ATI's high safety and quality standards and maintaining equipment and supplies. A successful CNC machinist is safety-focused, a problem solver and understands the importance of precision and quality. The person in this position will work 2nd shift 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday. Training may be conducted on 1st or 2nd shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: <ul><li>Raw material incoming visual inspection </li><li>Performing manufacturing operations on CNC lathes </li><li>Machining parts to meet tolerances for final inspection. </li><li>Inspecting and cleaning the finished product at the end of the production cycle </li><li>Product final inspection </li><li>Working closely with manufacturing leadership and fellow team members to achieve shared goals. </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks. </li><li>Accurate completion of required documentation. </li></ul>ATI offers a strong benefits package that includes medical/dental/vision (and more), and eligibility begins on the 1st of the month following the date of hire, 401(k) with a generous employer contribution and match, 120 hours of paid time off annually (includes vacation, personal and sick time) + 12 paid holidays annually. CNC Lathe Machinist/Machine Operator-2nd Shift (Entry level or experienced)

Our Coon Valley location plays a vital role in ATI's Forged Products division by producing aerospace, jet engine and military components that meet the quality, reliability and safety standards of ATI and our customers. A successful CNC machinist is safety-focused, a problem solver and understands the importance of precision and quality. The person in this position will work 3rd shift 11pm-7am starting Sunday night. Training may be conducted on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. This position includes a $4,000 new hire bonus paid in 2 increments as follows: $2,000 paid at 60 days of employment and $2,000 paid at 120 days of employment.
