We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Coon Valley team. This position produces components by setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines, meeting ATI's high safety and quality standards and maintaining equipment and supplies. A successful CNC machinist is safety-focused, a problem solver and understands the importance of precision and quality. This position includes a $4,000 new hire bonus paid in 2 increments as follows: $2,000 paid at 60 days of employment and $2,000 paid at 120 days of employment. Our Coon Valley location plays a vital role in ATI's Forged Products division by producing aerospace, jet engine and military components that meet the quality, reliability and safety standards of ATI and our customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: <ul><li>Raw material incoming visual inspection </li><li>Performing manufacturing operations on CNC lathes </li><li>Machining parts to meet tolerances for final inspection. </li><li>Inspecting and cleaning the finished product at the end of the production cycle </li><li>Product final inspection </li><li>Working closely with manufacturing leadership and fellow team members to achieve shared goals. </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks. </li><li>Accurate completion of required documentation. </li></ul>The person in this position will work night shift on Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5pm-5am. Training will be conducted on the weekend or during the week. This position produces components by setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines, meeting ATI's high safety and quality standards and maintaining equipment and supplies. The person in this position will work the Day Shift on Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5am-5pm. Training may be conducted on day shift Monday-Friday. You are scheduled for 36 hours per week and paid for an additional 4 hours through an hourly premium. This position qualifies for a $2,000 new hire bonus paid in 2 increments as follows: $1,000 paid after 60 days of employment and $1,000 paid after 120 days of employment.
