Role As a CNC Programmer (also known as CNC Milling Programmer, CNC Lathe Programmer), you'll be the driving force behind refining CNC machining processes. Your responsibilities will include optimizing processes, programming CNC mills and lathes, machine operation, troubleshooting, and setup. You'll also manage tooling selection, inspection accuracy, and tool inventory, and collaborate with setup technicians to ensure top-notch specifications. The Programmer will be required to take ownership of these processes from program conception to completion.
