Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Complete fixture design using SolidWorks software. • Complete part programs using Esprit software. • Identifying tools needed with complete tool list and setup sheet. • Working at the machine with machinists to run first piece and debug issues. • Using proper methodology and cutting tools to produce quality parts that adhere to production and quality standards. • Using proper feed, speed, and other cutting parameters based on work piece matls such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium and Torlon. • Revising programs as needed based on engineering or production required changes. • Other similar or related duties as required.
