Operator - CNC Threading

Sets up and operates CNC machines (lasers, brake presses, folder, etc.) to cut, bend, punch, form, arc, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal and structural shapes to blueprint specifications. Completes daily housekeeping duties to ensure a safe clean work area. Completes all work in a safe manner with quality and productivity in mind by performing the following duties. CNC Gear Hob Set-up Machinist/Operator

Location: 4348 Le Saint Court, Fairfield Ohio 45014 Job type: Full time Monday - Thursday 5:00pm to 6:00am ($2.00 Shift Differential) General Description: The CNC Mill operator is responsible for operating Horizontal and Vertical computer numerical control and/or manual machines to machine parts. The machine operator loads parts in the machine, cycle's machine, and detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The position runs production lots, communicates with coworkers regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.
