The Uniquely Abled Academy (UAA) Program Coordinator at MATC provides overall coordination and project management of UAA activities at MATC. UAA is a collaboration between MATC CNC machine technology educators, specialists in education for those with autism, representatives from state and local social service agencies, and nonprofit and for-profit organizations. This exceptional combination is dedicated to properly train, place in the workforce and provide on-going support for employers and qualified students seeking skill-specific well-paying jobs within the manufacturing industry. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to program marketing and recruitment, application management, coordination of internal services, and assisting with employer relations. Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Establish and maintain good working relationships with prospects, students, parents and referral provider agencies.
