Shop Lead Man

Shop Lead is responsible for coordinating day to day shop operations, maintaining a high standard for safety, quality, productivity and customer service. Position requires strong CNC machining and programming experience, sound judgment, and effective leadership and communication skills to work with team mates and customers alike.

As shop lead you are expected to lead by example, accurately understand and document incoming work, coordinate projects as they come in, delegate assignments, monitor timelines, and troubleshoot issues as they come up.
