Senior CNC Programmer / Machinist

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced CNC Senior Programmer/Machinist who can take the lead on complex machining projects. You’ll be programming advanced CNC machines, leading setups, and ensuring smooth production from start to finish.

If you’re highly skilled with Esprit and Mastercam, comfortable with a wide range of machines—including Star CNC, 5-axis vertical machining centers, horizontal mills, and turn-mill centers—and thrive in a high-performance environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and optimize programs using Esprit and Mastercam
• Program and support setups for:
  • Star CNC Swiss machines
  • 5-Axis Vertical Machining Centers
  • Horizontal Mills
  • Turn-Mill Centers
• Lead or support CNC machine setups with efficiency and precision
• Review blueprints and part specs to ensure high-tolerance accuracy
• Manage multiple machining projects and production priorities
• Support continuous improvement in machining processes and tooling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining
• Advanced proficiency with Esprit and Mastercam
• Experience programming and setting up complex multi-axis CNC machines
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes
• Confident managing projects and supporting a collaborative shop environment
