The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Perform final, incoming, and outgoing inspections for machined components
- Review and verify documentation completed by machinists for accuracy and compliance
- Complete and submit inspection documentation to support shipping and quality processes
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAIRs) using systems like Net Inspect (training available)
- Conduct in-process inspections as needed to support production
- Assist machinists with inspection checks on the floor when required
- Disposition non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment inventory
- Support a structured quality system within an ISO/AS environment
This role blends hands-on inspection + documentation and process control, making it ideal for someone detail-oriented who wants exposure to a full quality system.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Exposure to CMM operation
- Experience with Net Inspect or similar FAIR systems
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments
