👇 The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Perform scheduled and reactive preventive maintenance on CNC machines and auxiliary systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
• Support maintenance of general facility infrastructure (plumbing, painting, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Operate a forklift and perform material handling as needed
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and inventory usage
• Assist with cross-functional projects and facilities upgrades
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe and organized work environment
• Interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, and schematics to diagnose issues
• Respond quickly to machine downtime and help support uptime goals
• Perform custodial or janitorial support when required to maintain cleanliness standards

🧠 Equipment You’ll Work With

• Machines: CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turns
• Facilities Systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air
• Tools: Calipers, micrometers, multimeters, wrenches, hand tools
• Lift Equipment: Forklifts, pallet jacks (license preferred)

✅ What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with CNC machine maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical/electrical schematics
• Familiarity with multimeters, precision measurement tools, and hand tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks

Preferred:

• Forklift operator's license
• Journeyman’s card
• Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance scheduling tools
• HVAC and facilities maintenance experience
