Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer – Mid-Level to be responsible for developing a manufacturing plan, process and documentation for each job to produce a finished machined component that meets our customer expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a shop traveler package and drawings to complete the manufacturing process
• Create approved for manufacturing drawings from customer furnished models.
• Modify traveler packages and attach prints as needed per customer specifications
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers on production inquires
• Provide input and analysis for procedural changes to include in processes and work instructions
• Collaborate with Production Manager, Engineering, Quality and Machinists to meet customer specifications

Requirements:

• Position requires the applicant be a US Person or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a machine shop environment
• Excellent knowledge of GD&T of blueprint reading and scheduling
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Solidworks
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred
• Hands on experience with machining process; including milling, turning and 5-Axis preferred
• Working knowledge of ISO and AS9100 Quality Management Systems
• Excellent organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail

Job Details:

• Full-Time, On-site Position with overtime available
