What you'll be doing

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and hold quality
• Support new product introduction through process validation, documentation, and quality planning
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions, and investigate quality issues using structured problem-solving
• Analyze production data to find bottlenecks and drive corrective action on equipment uptime and reliability
• Lead continuous improvement work using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
• Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives through process improvement and waste elimination
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and R&D teams on cross-functional projects

What we're looking for

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (varies by level)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes — machining, assembly, injection molding, and similar
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools
• Proficiency with CAD software and/or ERP/MRP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality systems such as ISO 9001
• Project management experience
