What You'll Do

• Perform daily maintenance tasks for the machine tool coolant process, including maintaining proper concentration levels, sump discharge, and chip removal.
• Perform daily reviews of oil and lube usage, ensuring levels are properly maintained throughout production at CNC Machines
• Complete monthly machine filter changeouts to ensure fans and other systems are working at optimal conditions
• Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance of CNC and manual manufacturing equipment, including associated equipment such as forklifts and man lifts.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, and repair a wide variety of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform maintenance on plant equipment, including automated inventory systems, saws, presses, lifting devices, overhead cranes, coolant systems, and compressed air systems.
• Comply with all quality standards and QMS work instructions and assist in audits by providing required maintenance records.

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical or moving maintenance.
• Forklift driving experience and an ability to reference and interpret part manuals.
• Proficiency with electrical test and diagnostic equipment (volt meters, ammeter, oscilloscope, and AC drives).
• Electrician skills, including correct wiring practices, and replacement of push buttons, breakers, motor starters, and field sensors.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
