About the Role - We're hiring CNC Machinists who are ready to take full ownership of their machines, setups, and the quality of what comes off them. This is a great fit for someone who doesn't just run parts, but also handles job setups, tool touch-offs, and consistent, high-quality output from start to finish.

- Run CNC mills and/or lathes (Haas, Makino, or Mori Seiki experience a plus)
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Check parts against specs to confirm quality
- Watch machine performance and flag opportunities to improve
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Stay in close communication with programmers, quality, and leadership
