The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Use microscopes and fine hand tools (knives, picks, files) to remove burrs and imperfections from small precision parts
  • Inspect components using calipers, gauges, comparators, and other inspection tools
  • Ensure all parts meet strict dimensional and cosmetic quality requirements
  • Follow all safety, quality, and documented work procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workstation
  • Report equipment, tooling, or material issues to your lead or supervisor

This is focused, hands-on work where attention to detail truly matters.

Equipment, Tools & Inspection Methods

You’ll work with:

  • Precision microscopes
  • Fine hand deburring tools
  • Calipers, gauges, comparators, and inspection equipment
  • Small, high-precision orthopedic components

No prior deburring experience is required — full training is provided.
