The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Set up and operate CNC turning and turn/mill equipment
  • Manufacture components to operation sheets, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Machine parts to print while maintaining tight tolerances
  • Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment
  • Verify dimensions and specifications throughout production
  • Complete and maintain production and quality documentation
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot machining issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  • Work independently while managing multiple machines and priorities when needed

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience
  • Experience setting up and operating CNC turning or turn/mill equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Experience machining to tight tolerances
  • Strong inspection and measurement skills
  • Working knowledge of micrometers, calipers, height gauges, shadowgraphs, and other precision measuring tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

  • Aerospace manufacturing experience
  • Turn/mill process engineering knowledge
  • Programming experience
  • Experience with CMM inspection
  • Experience with SolidWorks and/or Mastercam
  • Swiss machining experience
