The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate Tsugami Swiss CNC machines
• Produce complex, tight-tolerance medical components
• Read blueprints, manufacturing specifications, and GD&T
• Verify first-piece and in-process quality using precision inspection equipment
• Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine parameters to maintain process capability
• Perform deburring and secondary finishing operations
• Complete routine preventative machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and fellow machinists to continually improve processes

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Experience performing precision inspection
• Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and process control
• Good computer skills
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Preferred

• Tsugami Swiss machining experience
• Fanuc controls experience
• GibbsCAM experience
• Ability to edit programs and write simple macros
• Medical device manufacturing experience
