The Work You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate Tsugami Swiss CNC machines
- Produce complex, tight-tolerance medical components
- Read blueprints, manufacturing specifications, and GD&T
- Verify first-piece and in-process quality using precision inspection equipment
- Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine parameters to maintain process capability
- Perform deburring and secondary finishing operations
- Complete routine preventative machine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and fellow machinists to continually improve processes

Required
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Working knowledge of GD&T
- Experience performing precision inspection
- Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and process control
- Good computer skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Preferred
- Tsugami Swiss machining experience
- Fanuc controls experience
- GibbsCAM experience
- Ability to edit programs and write simple macros
- Medical device manufacturing experience
