The Work You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Perform complete machine setups on CNC mills and lathes
- Load and verify tooling, fixtures, and workholding
- Set offsets and make machine adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot machining and setup issues independently
- Read and interpret blueprints and process documentation
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Maintain production quality while meeting delivery schedules
- Support both short-run and production machining operations
This position is ideal for machinists who can work independently with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For
Required
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong CNC setup experience on mills or lathes
- Ability to independently troubleshoot machining issues
- Blueprint reading skills
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and workholding
Preferred
- Fanuc experience
- Okuma experience
- Multi-axis machining experience
- Aerospace, Defense, or Medical manufacturing experience
