CNC SETUP MACHINIST / JUNIOR MASTERCAM PROGRAMMER

Small precision CNC shop in Camarillo is looking for an experienced CNC Setup Machinist with some Mastercam experience who wants to advance into more programming.

We are NOT looking for a Mastercam expert. (A BIG PLUS IF YOU ARE)
If you are a solid setup machinist with basic Mastercam knowledge, we can help you develop your programming skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years CNC setup/machining experience
• HAAS mill and/or lathe experience preferred
• Basic Mastercam experience
• Able to read drawings and tolerances
• Comfortable with micrometers, calipers and indicators
• Good understanding of tooling, offsets and workholding
• Reliable and able to work independently

THE OPPORTUNITY

Work directly with experienced machinists and programmers on precision and aerospace components. Learn more advanced Mastercam programming, setups, tooling and machining techniques as your abilities grow.

$26–$31/hour depending on experience.
Full-time day shift in Camarillo.
