Why This Role Exists

Synkronos is expanding to support rapid growth and large-scale aerospace programs. This role supports prototype helicopter and flight vehicle manufacturing in a highly collaborative, small-team environment.

You'll work directly alongside experienced programmers and machinists rather than being left on your own.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

• Set up CNC mills and lathes
• Make edits at the machine
• Modify programs when needed
• Support prototype and low-volume work
• Select tooling and fixtures
• Read aerospace blueprints and legacy drawings
• Verify part quality and dimensions

Machines, Controls & Software

Machines:

• Ibarmia ZVH 58
• Doosan Puma 5700

Controls:

• Fanuc
• Heidenhain

Software:

• Mastercam Multi-Axis

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 7+ years machining experience
• Strong setup background
• Blueprint and GD&T experience
• Ability to edit programs
• Comfortable with changing priorities

Preferred:

• Aerospace experience
• Mastercam exposure
• Multi-axis machining

Pay: $45–$58/hr DOE

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm
