⚙️ What you'll be doing
- Program CNC milling centers and create toolpaths from CAD models
- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
- Manufacture tooling and precision components to tight tolerances
- Collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability
- Fit and assemble new tooling
- Dismantle, repair, and maintain molds, tooling, fixtures, and components
- Troubleshoot tooling and production-related issues
- Support the shop floor with technical guidance and recommendations
- Perform preventive maintenance on machine-shop equipment
- Ensure tooling meets quality and performance requirements

- Experience programming and setting up CNC milling centers
- Strong machining and fabrication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing and tooling issues
- Experience working with CAM software
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Mastercam experience
- Tool and die background
- Mold, fixture, or tooling-manufacturing experience
